What happens if, for some reason, I receive damaged products?
We take extra precaution in packing your content to ensure it arrives undamaged. All jars and glass items are wrapped in bubble wrap followed by the use of peanut shaped loose fill to eliminate movement of contents during shipment. In the event that you receive damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com within 5 business days after receiving your package. Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier's collection. Let us know which item was damaged, and we will ship you an identical replacement to you at no charge.
What are your return policies?
Prior to returning merchandise, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive information on returning your order . Include your packing slip and simply pack your items in the same packaging it was shipped in and return it to:

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs if you are asking for a refund and are not satisfied with your order. CajunBrands.com will absorb the shipping cost for all damaged merchandise returned.
Allow 15 days from the time you return your package for a full refund to your credit card or exchange of goods. We will notify you via email as soon as the refund or exchange is complete.
