Cracklin are a great cajun snack, they are made very similar to pork rinds. The Cracklins we make are made with the freshes pork skin. They are cut thin and cooked to a light brown color then lightly seasoned and once cooled are placed in mason jars and shipped fresh. They can easily be frozen and later microwaved when ready to eat. Change quantity in the box if you would like more than 1 jar.
